Sue Raupp, having over 16 years in the real estate business, has seen the market cycle before and knows that patience is the key. Sue also can totally empathize with her clients. Having spent 23 years as the spouse of a member of the active military that included over 19 moves, she truly understands all the ups and downs of the moving experience. “ I have several degrees and a number of real estate designations, but I don’t think anything serves me better than my having been in my clients’ shoes many times.” Sue knows the market and buying process.
She is married to Lloyd, who after active duty retirement began working at NGIC. Their older son, Chris. works at the University of Virginia and spends all his free time doing Special Olympics sports. Their younger son, Peter, lives in Charleston, WVA, where he is an attorney. He and his wife, Valerie, have one daughter, Jenna who is two.
