Originally from Saratoga Springs, NY, Rhea Demory moved to Charlottesville in 1995. “It reminds me so much of Saratoga; the history, architecture and small-town atmosphere, but I especially love the mild winter!’
Before moving to Charlottesville, Rhea owned a Val-Pak coupon franchise in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. From that experience and having always been an organizer she knows that attention to detail, great customer service and ensuring that tasks are finished on time are crucial in the real estate business.
In her spare time Rhea, and her partner Bill Nelson, work on restoring their home in the Belmont neighborhood of the city, gardening and catering to every whim of four every spoiled dogs.
