David Sloan is a native of Charlottesville and a 1977 graduate of the University of Virginia where he played football and lacrosse and was a member of Zeta Psi Fraternity, Eli Banana, Imp Society and lived on the Lawn as a 4th year.
After a 20 year career as the owner of Sloans Restaurant in Charlottesville, David entered the real estate business in 2000 and has sold over $100,000,000 in real estate, consistently placing him in the Top Producers category in the local Realtor association. In 2008, David left Roy Wheeler Realty Co. and happily formed Sloan Milby Real Estate Partners along with Joe and Lindsay Milby and the success continues.
David and his wife, Kim, have 3 daughters and live in the Earlysville area of Albemarle County.
